Had a conversation with Joy, EJ, and Patrick! They are the one of the most knowledgeable and welcoming baristas here in Vigan! I enjoyed their Sigay Kahel and Sigay Pour Over Beans so much! Will definitely come back if I visit Vigan again. Thank you, Amian Cafe Vigan.
The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating, not to mention very welcoming. Haven’t tried the food that is inspired by the Ilokano culture but what I did try was their coffee! Their coffee beans are locally sourced and tastes great. They also have an interesting menu design/detail, where they share their Spotify QR playlists!
You can easily find their location since they are located near the Plaza and near Max's and along Callé Crisologo. Their staff is attentive and accommodating and their service is fast. They have single origin coffee and helps the local farmers as well. I ordered latté but I find it too sweet. Their products are sourced from the locals that's why it is a little bit pricey but I appreciate that they support local products. Their tablea cake is fantastic, not too sweet. They can accommodate groups of people and has some seats on the second floor.
Service was great! The baristas and the manager was very game despite our pangungulit with them. We got Iced Alapaap, Iced Seasalt, Iced Amian & Uji Matcha for drinks and their chocolate cake. Everybody’s fave was Alapaap and seasalt! Def a great place to visit.
The food and drinks are absolutely great and authentic. The ambiance is ideal for enjoying a quiet, peaceful moment alone or sharing a romantic date with your partner. Highly recommended!
Seasalt Caramel is always my go to here! Staffs are very welcoming and the food is so good. Definitely recommend to drop by is you visit Vigan City
Best cafe with the best barista in Vigan. We sat by the bar and met Pat, the barista, who was quite busy making coffee during lunchtime. BUT despite being busy with a lineup of drinks to make for other customers, he happily gave us his recommendations specially the coffee drinks and the beans they serve at Amian. We ordered Marieta blend serve via pour over which was very floral and light. Perfect for a hot afternoon. We also got the El Chapo which was a mexican inspired salad and General Luna Tapa. Both dishes were filling and cooked really well. Serving size was generous given the good price. Definitely my favorite meal during my stay here. Cheers to Amian!
We had a solid cafe experience at Calle Crisilogo because of Amian. So glad to have tried their foods and coffees.
